The U.S. Department of Energy-s Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI) intends to issue a firm-fixed award to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(ii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE.)
This requirement is for the renewal of an online subscription providing access to journals published by IEEE. The subscription period is for the 2026 calendar year. DOE intends to award this requirement as a sole source to IEEE with one (1) base year.
The Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Science (SC) has a requirement for current and archived online subscription access to the IEEE-s All-Society Periodicals listed below from 1998 forward. Access is restricted to the Office of Science. DOE is provided with a direct link to the website which is listed on the OSTI.gov website under the pulldown tab labeled research tools via the SC e-journals link. This is for the Office of Science and is not publicly accessible.
