The delivery specifications are included in Annex 1.1. to the Order Terms and Conditions ("Price Form"). The remaining terms and conditions of the order are specified in Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference Orders, i.e. "Drafted contract provisions" that will be introduced into the content of the contract/contract provisions. Agreements regarding the resolved packages will be concluded after the completion of these proceedings with a validity period until December 31, 2027. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers, therefore the subject of the order is divided into 13 parts (packages). The contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts of the order (packages). The Ordering Party does not limit the number of parts of the order, which may be granted to one contractor. The Ordering Party does not envisage separating individual items from the packages established in the SWZ during the tender procedure. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting offers for any selected items in a given part (package). The entire range must be priced in individual parts in the quantities specified by the Ordering Party.
