Epcoritamabum Tocilizumabum Natalizumabum Ublituximabum The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medicinal products used in drug and chemotherapy programs for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The delivery specification is included in Annex No. 1.1 to Order Terms and Conditions ("Price Form"). The remaining terms of the order are specified in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, i.e. "Designed provisions of the contract", which will be introduced into the content of the contract/contract provisions. Agreements regarding the resolved packages will be concluded after the completion of this procedure with a validity period until December 31, 2027. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, therefore the subject of the order is divided into 4 parts (packages). The contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts of the order (packages). The ordering party does not limit the number of parts of the contract that may be awarded to one contractor. The Ordering Party does not plan to separate individual items from packages agreed in the SWZ during the tender procedure. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting offers for any selected items in a given part (package). The entire range must be priced in individual parts in the quantities given by Ordering Party. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject matter of the contract will be rejected - if applicable.
