Fremanezumabum Denosumabum Cabozantinibum Tucatinibum Osimertinibum Durvalumabum Acalabrutinibum Olaparib Abemaciclibum Eptinezumabum The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medicinal products used in drug and chemotherapy programs for public health care facilities WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The delivery specification is included in Annex 1.1 to the Order Specification ("Price Form"). The remaining terms of the order are specified in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, i.e. "Designed provisions of the contract", which will be included in the content of the contract/contract provisions. Agreements regarding the resolved packages will be concluded after the completion of this procedure with a validity period until December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party allows the submission of offers partial, therefore the subject of the order is divided into 10 parts (packages). The contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts of the order (packages). The ordering party does not limit the number of parts of the contract that may be awarded to one contractor. The Ordering Party does not envisage separating individual items from the packages established in the SWZ during the tender procedure. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting offers for any selected items in a given part (package). In individual parts the full range must be priced in the quantities specified by the Ordering Party.
