Tender Details

The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medicinal products used in drug and chemotherapy programs (Fruquintinibum) for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The specification of supplies is included in Annex No. 1.1 to the Specification of Order Conditions ("Form price"). The remaining terms of the order are specified in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, i.e. "Designed provisions of the contract", which will be introduced into the content of the contract/contract provisions. The contract will be concluded after the completion of this proceedings valid until December 31, 2026. The order was not divided into parts/packages. The order includes one drug / one active substance in doses depending on current needs. The Ordering Party informs that in accordance with Art. 139 The PZP will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
