The public procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 et seq. of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter also referred to as "Pzp". The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in regarding the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products for the Nusinersen and Risdiplam drug programs, according to the following parts: Task 1, Task 2.
