1. The subject of the order is the purchase of medical devices for cardiological procedures according to 3 parts: Part 1- Pacemakers, cardioverters, electrodes. Part 2- Medical devices for ablation Part 3 - Cryoablation products with device rental. Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The list of required subjective and objective documents is included in the tender specifications. These means of evidence are subject to supplementation. It applies in the proceedings procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. Part 1- Pacemakers, cardioverters, electrodes.
