Description of the Subject of the Order: 1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of materials for cataract removal and anterior vitrectomy procedures - for the CENTURION VISION SYSTEM device, according to 2 tasks, in accordance with the quantities and requirements contained in Annex 3 to this specification "Description subject of the order. a) The contractor may submit offers for one, several or all tasks, b) offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the contract specified in Annex 3 to the specifications for individual tasks will be rejected; 2.
