Delivery of internally cooled electrodes for thermoablation and thermoresection with radio frequency current, including rental of the device for a period of 42 months 1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of internally cooled electrodes for thermal ablation thermoresection with radio frequency current together with the lease of the device for a period of 42 months (hereinafter referred to as the goods), in the type and quantity given in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ, together with the lease of the device (hereinafter interchangeably referred to as the device or the subject of the lease), described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ.- 2. If there is no demand for the product range covered by the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to order part of the product range specified in the Annex. No. 1 to the contract, subject to section 3. The Contractor is not entitled to any claims for damages or claims based on any other legal basis, to which the Contractor consents. 3.
