1. Subject of the order.1.1 The subject of the order is the sale and delivery by the Contractor, for remuneration, of a maximum of 3, 500 Mg of CaC03/SiO2/MgCO3 filling aggregate (limestone flour), fraction 0-0.08 mm, hereinafter referred to as the aggregate or the object orders, where the average chemical composition is: 1) CaCO3 96.0%, 2) SiO2 1.5%, 3) MgCO3 - 1.5%. 1.2 The item delivered by the Contractor the order will be used by the Ordering Party as a raw material for the production of grout used to carry out backfill mining works in the Wieliczka Salt Mine. The grout will be produced in an installation built for this purpose and transported to the underground workings of the Wieliczka Salt Mine using pipelines.2.
