"Supplies of electrical materials: electric cables - part 4" 1. Subject of the order. As part of the implementation of this order, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver electrical materials to the Ordering Party for remuneration (delivery). - cables electric. The detailed type, parameters and quantities of individual elements of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 1 to the specification. 2. Delivery terms. 1 Electrical materials - electric cables will be delivered by the Contractor upon request the Ordering Party, successively, in batches, during the duration of the contract, in a maximum of 30 batches. 2 Quantity and type of electrical materials - electric cables that will be delivered in one batch, depends on the needs of the Ordering Party and will be specified in writing order. 3 Orders for the delivery of electrical materials - electric cables will be sent to the Contractor by e-mail. 4 The Contractor undertakes to deliver electrical materials - listed in Annex No. 1 to the Specification within 21 days from date of submitting the order to the Contractor except for items no. 3, 48, 49, 50, 51, 53, 54, 56, 57, 60, 61, 62, 63 for which the delivery time is 49 days. 5 The Contractor will be obliged to prepare the ordered delivery of electrical materials - electric cables notify the Ordering Party by phone or e-mail, no later than 1 day before the required delivery date. 6 Place of delivery - warehouse of the Wieliczka Salt Mine S.A., 32 - 020 Wieliczka, Park...
