The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of gray dolomite stone aggregate with a fraction of 0-31.5 mm in an amount of 1, 500 tons for ongoing renovations of municipal roads in the Maciejowice Commune.2. The aggregate should have a declaration of compliance with the PN-EN 13242 or standard PN-EN 13043:2004 or equivalent. The aggregate should meet applicable standards and have an appropriate certificate (declaration of compliance from the aggregate mine), which should be provided at the request of the Ordering Party. The aggregate must not contain elements harmful to the environment (e.g. asbestos, ashes, etc.) and roads that are dangerous for users (metal, wire, etc.).3. The contractor is obliged to deliver with each load - WZ (original or copy with signature for compliance with the original from the mine; the form must include the tonne, date and vehicle registration number and recipient; in the case of the original WZ from the mine, will be returned after completion of the delivery) and obtain a signature with the delivery date. Lack of the above-mentioned WZ document results in no payment for the delivery. 4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to examine the delivered aggregate for compliance with the provided declaration of conformity and applicable standards for aggregate at the Contractor's expense.
