Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are successive deliveries of disposable products (hereinafter referred to as goods) of the type and quantity specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party guarantees that the minimum value of orders awarded to the Contractor under a given task during the term of the contract will be 50% of the value of the Contractor's remuneration for this task, specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that in the proceedings in question conducted as an open tender, it envisages the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law Ordering party when applying of the above-mentioned procedure, it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
