Tender Details

The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of dialysis solutions and erythropoietin for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The delivery specification is included in Annex 1.1 to this Order Specification ("Price Form"). The remaining terms of the order are specified in Annex 2 to the Specificationtions of the Order Terms, i.e. "Projected provisions of the contract", which will be introduced into the content of the contract/contract provisions. Agreements regarding the resolved packages will be concluded after the completion of these proceedings for a period of 24 months. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting offers partpartial, therefore the subject of the order is divided into 3 separate parts (packages). The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting offers for selected parts (packages), but does not allow the possibility of submitting offers for any selected items in a given part (in a given package), in individual parts(packages) the full range provided by the Ordering Party must be priced. The Ordering Party informs that in accordance with Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law, it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated highest in a given package, in terms of the lack of grounds foro exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
