Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply of devices for measuring noise in motor vehicles, hereinafter referred to as the assortment.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Chapter. XIX SWZ and Annex No. 3 to SWZ.3. The ordering party requires an indication in The manufacturer's offer and the assortment model or other data clearly identifying the offered assortment. If the offer does not include data clearly identifying the offered product range, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act. The name Manufacturer should be understood as the name of the company under which the offered product is sold or the entrepreneur placing the goods on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland.4. The contractor will be obliged to provide a warranty for the delivered products and warranty for a period of 12 months - from the date of signing the quantitative and qualitative acceptance protocol.5. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor.6. The Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with indications in the offer of the parts of the order whose execution it will entrust Subcontractors, and providing the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known.
