1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of consumable materials for continuous renal replacement therapies (hereinafter referred to as the goods) of the type and quantity specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order according to tasks: Task No. 1: Delivery of consumables for hemodialysis Task No. 2: Deliveries of capillary dialyzers with membrane synthetic with an area of 1.35 - 1.6 m2 Task No. 3: Delivery of concentrates for hemodialysis in disposable containers Task No. 4: Blood line supplies - for single-needle dialysis Task No. 5: Deliveries of filters for dialysis machines Task No. 6: Delivery of kits for inserting permanent dialysis catheters Task No. 7: Delivery of Y-extenders for dialysis Task No. 8: Delivery of capillary dialyzers with a synthetic membrane with an area of 1.65-1.9 m2 The Ordering Party guarantees that the minimum value of deliveries in the period validity of the contract in the basic scope will amount to 60% of the maximum value of the contract in the basic scope specified in § 5 of the contract for a given task.
