Supplies of consumables for automated DNA/RNA isolation The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of consumables - Kits for RNA/DNA isolation for the General Faculty Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN"). The subject of public procurement (hereinafter also referred to as "VZ") is also defined by the binding draft of the contract, which is Annex No. 2 of the tender conditions, Annex No. 8 of the tender conditions - Item price list, and Annex No. 9 of the tender conditions - Technical parameters of the subject of performance. Quantity of the subject of performance in individual items listed in Annex No. 8 of the tender conditions - Item price list, is an indicative quantity, or assumed. The contracting authority is entitled to determine the specific quantity and time of fulfillment of individual partial deliveries according to its immediate or current needs with regard to the composition of patients, without penalty or other penalty on the part of the selected supplier.
