Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of cold cuts and canned meat to the Fordon Correctional Facility in Bydgoszcz in quantities consistent with the table below, with the reservation that the given quantities are the estimated demand for a period of 12 months. The Ordering Party reserves the right to resign from purchasing part of the product due to lack of demand or reduced demand. This means that the quantities may change during the duration of the contract, but the value of the purchased items will not exceed the value of the contract. The Ordering Party declares that the changes will not result in a reduction in the value of the order by more than 30% of the offered amount.
