Tender Details

Supplies and materials to be used in the conduct of Competency Assessment and Certification for Workers (CACW) in Masonry NC-II

Upon receipt of at least three (3) quotations on or before the submission deadline, the BAC shall open the quotations.

Sealed quotations and other requirements stated below shall be submitted to the Bids and Award Committee (BAC) at TESDA Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Office, Olingan, Dipolog City.

Interested suppliers are required to submit copies of the following as per Annex -œH- of the 2016 Revised IRR along with your quotation/proposal:

a. Mayor-s/Business Permit (for Shopping - Sec.52.1b & SVP Sec.53.9)

b. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate (for Shopping - Sec.52.1b & SVP Sec.53.9)

c. Income/Business Tax Return (for SVP Sec 53.9)

d. Omnibus Sworn Statement (for SVP Sec 53.9)
