This contract is a contract for the supply and installation of electromechanical equipment intended for the handling of wood chips and fines on the Floreffe Integrated Waste Management Site (SIGD).
These supplies are part of a more general project which aims on the one hand to modifypride the method of handling and storage of wood chips and wood fines and on the other hand to reduce dust emissions on the site.
The supplies of this contract are separated into 2 LOTS and include in particular:
- LOT 1: Overhead crane
* dismantling and evacuation of an ancien overhead crane and its equipment
* supply and installation of a new overhead crane equipped with an automatic grapple intended for handling wood chips
- LOT 2: Various electromechanical equipment
* the supply and installation of a hopper intended when loading camsions
* the supply and installation of a telescopic chute with dust suction for loading trucks
* the supply and installation of conveyor belts intended to send the wood fines produced by the chain (B3), towards the processing hall storage (B4)
* the supply and installation of a telescopic chute with dust suction intended for the deposit of wood fines in the storage hall (B4)
