1) The Barangay Government of Maranlig, through the 20% CDF intends to apply the
sum of One Hundred Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php.
104, 550.00)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for Supply and Delivery Materials for Improvement CDC-1 & CDC-2 ITB
No. 2026-06-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.

2) The Barangay Government of Maranlig now invites bids for Improvement of CDC-
1 & CDC-2 using the Competitive Bidding Delivery of the Goods is required 30 days
from the date of submission of Bid . Bidders should have completed, at least 30
days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
