The subject of the public contract is the contractual provision of aerial signs with a selected bidder for planned investment actions, planned repairs and ensuring the removal of emergency conditions in the supply of aerial signs for the safe and reliable operation of the distribution system equipment for the period 04/2025 04/2031.
With regard to the scope of the contract, which is an over-limit contract, the procedure will be carried out in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, as amended. for 72 months with chosenm by one supplier with the lowest price offer per model case.
Purchase contracts will not be concluded. Fulfillment according to the Framework Agreement on the basis of a call for fulfillment in the form of a Sub-contract (order).of aviation brands with a selected bidder for planned investment actions, planned repairs and ensuring the elimination of emergency conditions in the supply of aviation brands for the safe and reliable operation of the distribution system equipment for the period 04/2025 04/2031.
