The subject of the public contract is the provision of services in the field of design and development of new or modification of existing components of individual modules of the integration platform SIMUportfolio (https://portfolio.med.muni.cz/). Services will be provided mainly in the field of development existing, or the design and development of completely new functions, within the modular architecture of the SIMUportfolio web application. The subject of performance is specified in detail in the business terms and conditions of the contracting authority specified in Annex A of the procurement documentation. Requirements for proof of qualification, requirements for the supplier's eligibility for the performance of the public contract and other conditions for the performance of this public contract and the requirements of the contracting authority for the processing of the offer are also listed in the tender documentation. The result of the selection the procedure will be the conclusion of a contract between the contracting authority and the selected supplier. The contract will be concluded with a single participant, with the provision that it will contain and define all the conditions for the performance of public contracts awarded on the basis of the concluded contract.
