Supplementary health insurance for EPIC CFC This consultation concerns the supplementary health plan for all employees of EPIC U Caminu di Ferru di a Corsica provided for in the collective agreement of October 15, 2025 providing for a plan compulsory reimbursement of medical expenses. The health care costs plan will be co-financed by the employer and the employee for its compulsory basis. It must also provide an optional option payable by the employee alone. The regime must provide for the maintenance of the guarantee: - to former unemployed employees beyond the portability period provided for by the regulations - to former retired employees in accordance with the legislation of the Evin law - to employees whose employment contract is suspended and without remuneration. The financing of these maintenance is the sole responsibility of those concerned.
