Tenderers may submit offers for one of the following tasks (packages) or for the entire order: Part A: Supplementary design and formal and legal works. Part B: Works construction, assembly and installation (executive part).2. Detailed Description of the Subject of the OrderThe subject of the order is the implementation of a complementary scope of design and implementation works for an investment project that has already been initiated and is being implemented on based on the Decision on the building permit No. 144 UA_6740_1_53_2025. Materials and Services: Full, detailed scope of design work (including PZT/PBA replacement designs, industry technical designs, HAZOP analyses) and implementation works (construction works, installations gas, compressed air, drainage and road infrastructure) is included in the document: Annex No. 3 - "Investment P316-H009 - SUPPLEMENTARY SCOPE".3.
