The City and County of San Francisco (City), through the Office of the City Attorney (CAO), requests expressions of interest and information from experienced attorneys, law firms, or labor relations consultants to provide guidance regarding labor negotiation, both in negotiations on memoranda of understanding and meet and confer with unions. The consultant will provide strategic and hands-on guidance and support to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (“SFMTA”) on identified, high-priority meet and confer matters with labor unions representing SFMTA service-critical employees, assist with preparation for 2027 collective bargaining, and may serve as or assist the chief negotiator in 2027 bargaining on identified contracts.
