Description : 1.The Municipality of Jomalig, Quezon through the Supplemental Budget CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 600, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supplemental Feeding Program (15th Cycle)” with project identification number SPP No. 2025-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The LGU JOMALIG, QUEZON - now invites bids for above-mentioned project, “Supplemental Feeding Program (15th Cycle)”. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act."
