INVITATION TO BID FOR Supplemental Feeding
1) The Municipality of Dingalan, through the DSWD R03 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (P 1, 000, 230.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supplemental Feeding. In accordance with the provision under Republic Act 12009 and Its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) on the used of the Approved Guidelines on the use of Singe Year Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Dingalan now invites bids for Supplemental Feeding / 06-2026-009 using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
