Description : Under the project, infrastructure of facilities within the justice and penitentiary sector are addressed. The successful Contractor will provide:
(a) the services for the drafting of a works tender dossiers based on EU PRAG templates. The works will include:
(i) reconstruction/adaptation of courts for access of persons with reduced mobility/improving energy efficiency of the facilities - 6 buildings in total (2 in Podgorica, 1 in Bijelo Polje, Kotor, Berane and Niksic;
(ii) construction of facilities for the Criminal Enforcement Administration in Danilovgrad;
(iii) adaptation of the customs facilities/border crossing point at Bar; and
(iv) adaptation of the former border post Bozaj.
(b) The site supervision services assuming the role of the Supervisor-s Representative for above mentioned works. The supervision will be delivered in accordance with the Montenegrin construction legislation and PRAG conditions for works contract.
