1. Name of the order: Supervision of the work - processing into a digital version of the Evidence of Record Changes, i.e. documents constituting the basis for record changes.2. The subject of the order is to provide supervision over the implementation of Stages 3-6 of processing digital version of the Evidence of Registration Changes, i.e. documents constituting the basis for registration changes, together with other documents called records of registration changes for part 1 and part 2 of order OR-10.271.89.2025. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the sample contract with annexes, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that Annex No. 2 to the contract template has been transferred to these proceedings from the procedure entitled Processing of Proofs of Record Changes, i.e. documents constituting, into a digital version the basis for registration changes together with other documents called records of registration changes, procedure number OR-10.271.89.2025.
