The subject of procurement is WORK SUPERVISION SERVICES ON THE PROJECT "RECONSTRUCTION AND UPGRADE OF THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF THE SERVICE AREA DVORAC D.O.O. FOR MUNICIPAL ACTIVITIES VALPOVO".

Detailed description of services is given in the Terms of Reference ( book 2 DON).
Services in approxand this Agreement include expert supervision services (construction, mechanical, electrical, geodetic) in the sense of the Law on Construction (Official Gazette 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19) and the Rulebook on the method of conducting expert construction supervision, the form, the conditions and method of keeping the construction diary and the content of the finalof the supervisory engineer's report (Official Gazette 111/14, 107/15, 20/17, 98/19, 121/19). The services also include the provision of occupational safety coordinator services according to the Occupational Safety Act (71/14, 118/14, 154/14, 94/18, 96/18) and the Ordinance on Occupational Safety at Temporary Construction Sites (Official Gazette 48/ 18).
Subject nabave consists of the supervision of the construction of communal water structures (which also includes the development of implementation projects) for the drainage of waste water.
