Supervision of HVAC works according to the attached list of tasks in the Kemijärvi spa-swimming hall Poukama renovation project. In the renovation project, the most significant work package is the renewal of the ventilation system and other building technical works. Repair work is carried out as a shared contract, where Kemijärven Roikka Oy acts as the main contractor and as the contractor for construction technical works. The HVAC contractor is LVI-Ollila Oy and the electrical contractor is Paikallis-Sähkö Oy. Construction work has started on 1/2026. The monitoring task begins according to the agreement.
