The subject of the order is: Supervising the design and implementation of works and managing the Contract entitled: Design and construction of the bypass of Przytoczna along national road No. 24. The subject of the order is the provision of the Service in the scope of supervision over the design, management and control as well as supervision over the implementation of the "Contract", the subject of which is: "Design and construction of the bypass of Przytoczna along national road No. 24", under the conditions specified in the Agreement with Consultant and in accordance with the Contract Conditions of the investment task. The Consultant's Team will be headed by the Contract Engineer. He will act in accordance with the role assigned to the Engineer in the FIDIC Conditions of Contract and in the Special Conditions Contract, within the scope of rights specified in the Terms of Reference (SWZ) and resulting from the current provisions of the Construction Law, legal acts and guidelines regulating the expenditure of EU Funds.
