The subject of the order is the service of providing investor supervision over the implementation of design works and works, as well as managing the Contract entitled: "Construction and expansion of acoustic screens along the A1 section, Łódź Północ junction - Łódź Południe junction". Service supervision will be carried out in the following areas: Services management and supervision during the design period (Stage I Agreements with the contractor of design works and works), Management and supervision services during the implementation of works construction (Stage II of the Agreement with contractor of design works and works) and Management and supervision services during the testing and measurement period (Stage III of the Agreement with the contractor design works and works). Stage III of the Agreement with the contractor of design works and works provides that the Supervision will verify the tests and analyzes included in the contractor's report documentation and works regarding measurements performed using the procedure of continuous 24-hour noise level recording. The Investor's Supervision will accept the completed design and construction works studies on noise level tests, issued Partial Acceptance Protocols and other Acceptance Protocols, prepared Settlement Tables for the Contractor of design works and works, verified and accepted the Basic Bill of Quantities of Permanent Works, the Work Schedule Design and Construction Works, cooperated at every stage of the task implementation with the Investor and the Contractor of design works and works.
