Supervision of the construction of the Green Center Bjelovar Professional supervision service for the construction and equipping of the Green Center Bjelovar. Within this project, the Contractor is obliged to perform the following services: • Professional and accounting supervision over the execution of works in terms of the Act on construction (Official Gazette 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19), the Law on Businesses and Activities of Spatial Planning and Construction, Official Gazette 78/15, 118/18, 110/19), and other applicable laws and by-laws; • Services of the Occupational Safety Coordinator during construction according to the Law in occupational safety (Official Gazette 71/14, 118/14, 154/14, 94/18 and 96/18), Rulebook on occupational safety at temporary construction sites (Official Gazette 48/2018) and Rulebook on occupational safety training and professional examination (Official Gazette 142/21); Detailed description of works which are the subject of the service, as well as the terms of the contract on public works are found in the Procurement Documentation available at https://eojn.hr (publication number: 2026/S F02-0002750).
