The works over which the supervision service will be provided include: · Obtaining on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party all legally required opinions, arrangements, permits, permits, decisions necessary to implement the investment, including necessary changes to previously issued administrative decisions; Expansion of national road No. 94 along with engineering structures and accompanying infrastructure; · Preparation of as-built documentation; · Obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, a decision on the occupancy permit for the entire scope of the investment; · Fulfillment of obligations arising from the warranty and quality guarantee.
