"Supervision of the design and implementation of works and management of the Contract entitled Construction of the Prudnik bypass along national road No. 41." The service includes the Consultant's duties in accordance with the Agreement, based on the GTC and SWK, in particular : : a) supervising the design, verifying the design documentation, its completeness, mutual compliance, verifying the results of control calculations in order to find possible errors, b) management and investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issuance of the Final Payment Certificate, c) conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the Ordering Party, including, among others: with the Branch Director, Project Manager and communication position in the GDDKiA Branch, d) fulfillment of obligations arising from the procedures contained in the current requirements/guidelines for investments co-financed from EU funds and current procedures beneficiary of FEnIKS Projects for GDDKiA, e) providing investor supervision services over the implementation of construction works and participating in warranty inspections and supervising the removal of any faults/defects found in warranty inspections, as part of concluded Contract, f) supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project, g) supervising design work and works in the field of...
