Supervising the design and implementation of works and managing the Contract entitled: "Design and construction of the Limanowa bypass along national road No. 28" The service includes the Consultant performing his duties in accordance with the Agreement, based on OWK and SWK, in particular: a) supervising the design, verifying the design documentation, its completeness, mutual compliance, making control calculations to find possible errors, b) management, investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issuance of the Final Payment Certificate, c) conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the Ordering Party, including, among others: with the Branch Director, Project Manager and communication position in the GDDKiA Branch, d) fulfillment of obligations arising from the procedures contained in the current requirements/guidelines for investments co-financed from EU funds and current procedures beneficiary of OPI&E Projects for GDDKiA (or procedures that will be applied in the next EU perspective), e) providing investor supervision services over the implementation of construction works and participating in warranty inspections and supervising removal possible defects/defects found during warranty inspections under the concluded Contract, f) supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project, ...
