⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :

A The target Supercomputer System must be composed of the following seven servers, two network disk systems, a backup storage system for disaster recovery, network devices, uninterruptible power supply systems, and cooling devices. The seven servers are : a GenomeNet computation server, a computational chemistry server, a login server, a GenomeNet public server, a GenomeNet development server, an infrastructure server, and a system administration server. The target system must be operated in the Linux environment.

B GenomeNet computation server consists of System A with two or more nodes and System B with 80 or more nodes. Minimum requirements for a System A node : theoretical computing perfor mance of 57.1TFLOPS or greater ; 24TiB

or more main memory ; 50TB or more SSD (NVM Express). Minimum requirements for a System B node : theoretical computing performance of 4.7TFLOPS or greater ; 56 or more CPU cores ; 512GiB or more main memory for at least 50 nodes, and 1TiB or more main memory for at least 30 nodes. Both systems require software for computational biology, especially for genome analysis.
