The Work can be briefly summarized as follows: Construct Phase 3A waste cell and Phase 3 leachate sump infrastructure Excavate, load, haul, and place soil located on the project site Load, haul, and place Owner-supplied aggregates located in stockpile areas on the project site Note: Respondents may propose to supply aggregates themselves in lieu of Owner-supplied aggregates, subject to approval and compliance with the Specifications. Excavate, fill, and compact to landfill subgrade design Remove existing leachate sumps and manage active leachate flows Install new leachate sump and complete sump tie-in Excavate and install landfill anchor trenching Supply and install geomembrane, non-woven geotextile, and geosynthetic clay liner Excavate and expose extents of existing liner systems and prepare for tie-in Install Phase 3A containment system and tie-in to existing liner systems Install liner system penetration boots Construct leachate management infrastructure and tie-in to existing Construct leachate ditching and leachate sump maintenance hatch Construct landfill access roads and ramps within Phase 3, as required Please refer to the Opportunity documents for more information.
