Successive supply of programmable pumps for intrathecal drug delivery for a period of one year after an open procedure

Programmable pumps are used to treat spasticity and pain in patientsh with the appropriate indication. The pump can be implanted in the patient for the first time or again (reimplantation) after the battery on the existing pump has expired. At URI Soča, we are currently inserting electronic programmable pumps (Synchromed II, Medtronic Inc, USA), which have a reservoir volume of 20 ml or 40 ml.
