Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil for cars, machines and equipment of Gminne Przedsibiorstwo Remontowo - Usugowe Sp. z o. o. in Sawki in quantities ranging from 110, 000 to 180, 000 liters, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. 2. The delivered fuel should have physicochemical properties that guarantee appropriate quality and meet the requirements specified in legal regulations and applicable standards in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024. in the case requires quality standards for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018) will be equivalent. 3. The diesel oil will be delivered in such a way that the supplier will do it directly to the ordering party's tank with a capacity of 5, 000 liters at the ordering party's premises, after prior receiving the order from the Ordering Party. The minimum quantity of fuel ordered is 1, 000 liters. The contractor will be obliged to deliver fuel to Gminne Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowo - Usugowe Sp. within 24 hours of receiving the information. z o. o. in Sawki.4.
