Tender Details

4.1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of B0 diesel oil (pure oil, without biocomponents) for the needs of the Mokrsko commune within 24 months from the date of signing the contract, in an amount of up to 70, 000 dm34.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is: Appendix No. 1 to SWZ4.3. Pursuant to Art. 433 point 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party reserves the right to unilaterally reduce the quantity of fuel ordered, but the minimum order quantity will be 80% of the benefit included in point. 4.1. 4.4. The customer requires fuel met the requirements specified in: Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1980, as amended). Polish standard PN-EN 590:2022-08 or equivalent; as well as will be consistent with standards and regulations specifying quality requirements, amended during deliveries, and with a quality certificate issued by the fuel manufacturer.4.5. During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to randomly verify the quality of the fuels to be supplied made by a certified analytical laboratory.4.6.
