The contract for the public procurement will be for a duration of 12 months 365 days or until the valuable utilization of the assets provided for in the Decision on Public Procurement. The offer with the lowest offered price, i.e. the lowest, will be chosen as the most favorable offer offered margin expressed in percentage(%). At the same time, the subject of evaluation of the offers is the amount of the margin expressed in percentages, which will be offered by the economic operators, and which will be used for the calculation of the price of consumed electricity for each past month. The economic operator who will offer the lowest margin percentage, and whose offer has previously been evaluated as acceptable, will be chosen as the holder of the procurement. The contracting authority will conclude a contract in the amount of the estimated value according to the Decision procurement, unless he decides otherwise, i.e. he does not make a Decision on annulment if the conditions according to Article 114 of the Public Procurement Law are met.
