NOTE The equipment offered and delivered by the supplier must be new (not used before). Any used or refurbished equipment shipped will be returned to the shipper. For the delivered equipment, the supplier shall deliver original drivers for the operation of the same or appropriate support on the official WEB page of the equipment manufacturer. The warranty period of the products is at least one year. The economic operator must submit a statement that he will provide a guarantee of the products. The contract for the public procurement will be for a duration of one year (365 days) or until its valuable use. If the lowest price achieved in the electronic auction is higher than the funds provided by the contracting authority, The contracting authority will conclude a contract in the amount of the estimated value according to the Decision on Public Procurement if the prices are market or will cancel the procedure if the conditions of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Law are met.
