Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of periodic catering services for participants of meetings organized by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology in Warsaw. The Ordering Party envisages the organization of: 1) meetings in the form of conferences related to the implementation of projects conducted at the Faculty Mechaniczny Technologiczny at ul. Ludwika Narbutta 85 and Ludwika Narbutta 86 and at ul. Konwiktorska 2 or in another place indicated by the Ordering Party in Warsaw. 2) special occasions on the occasion of: a) Easter, b) special occasions throughout the year, c) Christmas, d) New Year's Meeting. The expected number of people during the year - approximately 250, but the expected number of participants will be not less than 10 people. The Ordering Party will pay only for services actually provided (according to the confirmed number of participants) according to the unit prices indicated in the Offer Form, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the request for quotation referred to in point 3. After receiving information about the arrival of a smaller number of participants or the failure of some people to use the service, the Contractor is obliged to proportionally reduce the price of the service. ...
