Tender Details

1. The subject of this order is the successive provision of catering services for the Academy of Fine Arts. Jan Matejko in Krakow.2. The type of products covered by the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - form assortment and price list, which will constitute an annex to the contract. 3. As part of the catering services provided, the Contractor will successively provide catering, in accordance with the request of the Ordering Party for a given meeting each time - in a written order. (individual order) sent in electronic form - via e-mail, to the address provided by the Contractor in the offer form. Orders will be constructed on the basis of a pricing form with unit prices. 4. The ordering party each time orders provision of the service (individual order) will specify in particular: date, place, time, time of the event, expected number of participants, menu, method of serving food, contact person for the provision of the service, and (in the case of comprehensive catering services) details: detailed menu, additional instructions regarding, among others: providing or setting tables, types of dishes, tableware...
