The subject of the order is the successive provision of catering services for the needs of: galas and conferences. The order covers the provision of catering services in connection with the implementation of the project "Zdolni z Pomorza regional support" co-financed by the European Union European Union under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 program, including the provision of catering services consisting in the delivery of coffee and lunch sets in the city of Gdańsk. The estimated number of coffee and lunch sets is: in March 2026. - 300 sets and in June 2026 - 200 sets. The provision of catering services includes: preparation, delivery and serving of meals in places indicated by the Ordering Party. As part of the services provided, the Contractor will provide catering successively, in accordance with with the request each time reported by the Ordering Party for a specific meeting. The detailed scope of services is determined by - a. No. 8 - Description of the Subject of the Order.
