Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Successive provision of full-day, comprehensive nutrition services for hospitalized patients at the District Hospital. A. Wolaczyka Sp. z o. o. proceedings in Zotorya II.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: 1) Description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 1A to SWZ, 2) sample contract, appendix no. 8 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Each Contractor may submit only one offer for the entire order. If the Contractor submits more than one offer for the entire order, all offers of this Contractor will be rejected by the Ordering Party. In case If the Contractor submits an offer for individual items, the Contractor's offer will be rejected by the Ordering Party. JUSTIFICATION: the subject of the order is limited in location and scope. There is no logical or substantive possibility of dividing the subject of the order into parts. Moreover, the performance of worship the order without completing the remaining parts does not meet the needs of the Ordering Party and failure to complete a given part of the order makes it impossible to complete the remaining parts.
