1. The subject of the order is: Successive provision of full-day, comprehensive nutrition services for hospitalized patients at the District Hospital. A. Wolaczyka Sp. z o. o. in Zotorya.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: 1) Description of the subject of the order - Attachment No. 1A to SWZ, 2) contract template, Attachment No. 8 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Each Contractor may submit only one offer for the entire order. If the Contractor submits more than one offer for the entire order, all offers of this Contractor will be rejected by the Ordering Party. If the Contractor submits an offer for single items, the Contractor's offer will be rejected by the Ordering Party. JUSTIFICATION: the subject of the order is limited in location and scope. There aren't logical and substantive possibility of dividing the subject of the contract into parts. Moreover, the execution of part of the order without the execution of the remaining parts does not meet the needs of the Ordering Party and the failure to perform a given part of the order makes it impossible to execute the remaining parts.
